Registered Office Address
Use our address as the registered office of your company and keep your home address off the public register.
Every UK company must have a registered office: a physical address where official post from Companies House, HMRC and the courts can be delivered. It is published on the public register, so many directors prefer not to use their home. We provide a registered office for companies registered in England & Wales or in Scotland, and a service address for directors and people with significant control (PSCs). We let you know when official post arrives, pass it on, and update Companies House for you.

Frequently asked questions
What is a registered office address?
It is the official address of your company. It must be a physical address in the UK, in the same country the company is registered in, and it is shown on the public register at Companies House.
Can I use a PO Box?
No. A registered office must be an "appropriate address", where post comes to the attention of someone acting for the company. A PO Box does not qualify.
Does it matter if my company is registered in Scotland or England?
Yes. A company registered in Scotland must have its registered office in Scotland, and a company registered in England & Wales must have one in England or Wales. We provide addresses for both. Companies registered in Northern Ireland need an address there.
