Frequently asked questions
When are my accounts due?
Private limited companies normally file accounts with Companies House within 9 months of the year end. Corporation Tax is usually payable 9 months and 1 day after the year end, and the CT600 return is due within 12 months.
My company is dormant. Do I still need to file?
Yes. Dormant companies must still file annual accounts and a confirmation statement with Companies House.
What affects the cost of my accounts?
Mainly the volume of transactions and the state of your records. If your bookkeeping needs work first, we will quote for it separately so there are no surprises.
