Frequently asked questions

What is a confirmation statement?

A yearly filing that confirms the information Companies House holds about your company is correct. It is due within 14 days of the end of your review period.

How do I close a company I no longer use?

If the company has stopped trading and has no debts, it can usually be struck off voluntarily. We check it is eligible and handle the paperwork.

Can you update my articles of association?

Yes. We can prepare and file amendments to your articles and record the related resolutions.

Ready to hand over the numbers?

Tell us what you need and we’ll come back to you with a clear, no-obligation quote.
